The holiday Apartaments "il Clitunno" are situated close to the walls of mediaval city of Bevagna near the "Porta Molini" city gate. The building is an harmonious carefully restored of a typical umbrian country house which maintains the courtyard intact perfectly recovered.
The name is taken from the Clitunno River, sung from the poets and Latin writers, which run slow in its last feature, to little steps near the holiday Apartments "il Clitunno".

The town of Bevagna is marvellous place rich of art and history like the Roman therme, the medieval churches and the superb square.
It is situated in a strategically position in the middle of Umbria Region: is a perfect place to starting visiting the others Umbrian touristic sites.

The house is of composed three independent apartments finely furnished:

• The apartment "Timia"
  Two-room unit on ground floor(accessible for disabled guests): independent entry, kitchen with dining table and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower
• The apartment "Teverone"
  Three-room unit on first floor: independent entry, kitchen with dining table and sofa bed, two double bedroom with two indipendent bathroom with shower.
• The apartment "Miannero"
  Two-room unit on first floor: independent entry, kitchen with dining table and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Characteristics
All the rooms are equipped with all services and heating.
The apartments have been made with chestnut roof beams.
The rooms are furnished with antique Umbrian furniture and the beds are in wrought iron.
